I'm thinking about organizing my old games into more of a collection. However I know once I start this there will be some oldies that I want to pick up along the way. Since I'm not into Ebay of Half.com I was hoping to get some recommendations on commercial sites that sell used software for good prices. I think I'll be in the market for NES and SNES for the most part. Any ideas?

This is a little further back than you were talking, but O'shea Limited has tons of new (still shrink-wrapped) Atari 2600/7800/Jaguar games; another good Atari spot is B&C ComputerVisions, who have been serving Atari fanatics for just about ever. They do have a links page which points to lots of other classic gaming sites that have things for sale.
