I'm delighted they are bringing out "Earnest" in Blu-ray (something I've long suspected). I also appreciate them going back and re-packaging some of their past releases (like "Carve Her Name With Pride") for inclusion in the British Film collection.

My orders from the recent 40% Spring Sale are starting to arrive - 4 parcels this morning (I wound up placing six orders in total, with 7 to 10 discs per package). Very, very happy with how my 'British Film' collection looks. I'll upload some pix when the other orders arrive.

As promised here is an updated photo of my 'British Film' collection. Thanks to the recent Spring Sale I've had to extend to a second shelf, as you can see...

Amazing collection. I only have 27 releases in thin cases + Edgar Wallace Anthology box set.
They are very collectible releases. The sales enable me to pick them up at an average of AU$9 each. The regular prices from Network's own site are actually very reasonable to start with too, even more so than on Amazon UK.

Just checked my copy and it seems to be OK.
I have now checked my second copy of "Duel in the Jungle" and it's the same. And I now think it's a badly-placed layer change. Another disc with 2 versions of the same film ("You Can't Escape") has a similar issue. I think it's rather strange that Network - or whoever authors their discs - would choose to place the layer changes on the dual-layer discs in such interruptive areas, instead of in-between the material.

Classicmovieguy, have you gotten the Scotland Yard box set? It looks like an old TV show from the cover, but it's actually a series of half hour theatrical featurettes. It's very good.
