Clarification needed on X-Box's 5.1 & video connector paks! (1 Viewer)

I recently finished buying all of my audio components for my home theater, yet I have not bought a new TV. My current 26" RCA does not accept s-video or component cables, just composite. I am just curious what connector I need to run both optical/coaxial digital cable to my receiver and composite cables to my TV?
Does the HD pak capable of regular a/v (composite) cables to hook up to the TV? Or does it only have component hook-ups?
Clear as mud?

There are two. The HD Pack is for component cables, while the Advanced AV pack allows you to connect composite or S-Video along with an optical cable.
