Civil War 5.1 sync problem? (1 Viewer)

Has anyone else noticed a sync problem in the 5.1 audio of The Civil War? It happens on my Toshiba SD4700 starting at the 1 hour mark on Episode 8 and continues through most of the final episode. Extremely distracting during Shelby Foote's commentary. Fortunately, the 2.0 soundtrack is properly synched.
Bummed after spending $80 on this set (especially after having my $150 LD box suffer laser rot!!),

I can personally confirm the problem, and have read several complaints regarding the 5.1 track sync anomaly on Amazon.com. I wonder if PBS Home Video plans on a fix.
