On 9/24 I ordered "Citizen Kane" from buy.com. As of 10/3 it still has not shipped. I sent a query to buy.com about this and received this response: "We apologize for delivery of your order taking longer than expected. Due to a setback from the manufacturer, item #40157598 (Citizen Kane) remains on order. Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated time of arrival. However, you will receive an email from us once it does ship."
Is this just buy.com's problem, or has Warner pulled it to fix some of the problems noted elsewhere in this forum?
