Ok can someone explain this chroma bug thing too me? I am getting ready to purchase a progressive scan DVD and was looking for an all in one, dvda and sacd player. I am looking in the 5-800 dollar market. Any help would be appreciated. Also tell me what players to avoid.

First, see if it bothers you. Some people don't find it to be a problem. If it does, then avoid Pioneer players. From what I've read, they all have the bug.
