Hello, everyone. I currently have a Denon avr-3803. I just recently got polk lsi for my speakers.

lsi25 front
lsic center
lsifx sides
lsi9 rear

I am considering getting a seperate amp to drive the system due to fact that these speakers are all 4 ohms. I have talked with Denon and they say there reciever will drive these speakers fine, but if so why don't they put that in their manaul?

So my question is if choosing a seven channel amp, who do you guys recommend? In the past i have always had adcom but i'm open to some new ideas. I did look at the adcom line and if i choose one of thiers it would be the gfa-7607.

Thanks

Let the Denon do the driving and see how you like it. There's a chance that you won't need a separate amp. If the Denon strains or sounds bad, then go for an amp. If the Denon does fine don't worry.

BTW I recommend Outlaw amps.
