Cheapest place to get DirecTivo?

I have one DirecTivo already, got it for free from DTV. Now I want another - where's the best place to get one? Cheapest? Are there newer models that are better? Thanks for any help.

It depends. Do you need more coax run and a multi-switch? Buying from DirecTV for $99 will get you everything you need and installation. Other than that, most places are also selling them for $99 but you install it and buy all the extra equipment. Circuit City had them recently for $50 so keep a look-out for sales.
