I hate paying retail for Criterion’s, not only are the extra expensive but living in Canada, they are twice the price of the retail price,

    I.E: DO THE RIGHT THING = 59.00 w/o 14.5% tax, (Quite a dent in a 16 year olds wallet)

Now I was wondering where do all these people who have their BIG collections get their movies from!? There are people with a library of film and disks that most likely equate to the value of a brand-new Porsche.

MANY members buy at least 5 DVDs every tuesday. That's perhaps $100 a week, often more.

You're outta yer league buddy. So am I. [IMG]

I haven't bought a DVD in months... I'm saving up for September! You want to see something that hurts your wallet... look at the A/V sections of the forum.

I buy my Criterions from websites, like DDD or Buy.com when they have killer sales... and coupons are your friend. But things like Monterey Pop... I still can't justify droping over 60 dollars on a 3 dvd set.
