Cheap TV recommendations? $400 or less... (1 Viewer)

For a friend on a budget--it will be used for OTA TV, VCR, DVD, and NES/SNES games, with the focus heavily on videos and DVDs. It's for a small apartment and will replace a very old 19" with no inputs. Given the sources, connection will probably be all composite, maybe s-video for the dvd. Friend does have an HTIB type receiver, with LCR speakers, so tv sound isn't important.

Desired size is 27"+

Thoughts appreciated!

Get the Toshiba 32" 32A43. BestBuy has em for $450.
This Tube gives a great Picture. I bought this at BestBuy 2yrs ago.(they actually made a mistake, and when I got home, I found they had thrown the 36" 36A43 into the truck. Not a bad Deal!) The picture isn't as good as my Sony Wega Flatscreen, but at more than 1/2 the price it's pretty darn close. Great picture for the money. Find the extra $50 bucks and get that Toshiba 32".
