I know this show has had a preview playing for it almost everyday for a month on Comedy Central but I think it actually lived up to the hype. IMO this could be one of the funniest shows in a while. Hilarious.

Aw, damn! I forgot to record this on my UTV. Now I gotta find a re-run.

I saw the show and had my doubts at first. I've been a fan of Chapelle for a long time. After the show got rolling, it seemed to pick up quite a bit. It's unpolished, but very good humor.

I personally found the last sketch to be side-splitting. Especially the last comment from the "broadcaster."
The customer service video was pretty funny too.
I hope the rest of the series works out this well.

Last night was a solid second show. Proved that the first wasn't just a fluke. Favorite line: "Fortune-telling through racial sterotypes". And the drug awareness sketch was AWESOME [IMG] !

I thought the drug awareness sketch was weak, but it still had a few laughs. Everything else was great.

I think the first episode definitely had the edge.

    My vote: Funny, funny stuff.

Hope it manages to stay on the air for a while.

I think having a musical guest on a half-hour show seems like padding the run-time. Other than that, I still like it.

Chris Rock had musical guest and his 30 min show was tight.

Yeah but Chris Rocks show was actually a half hour since it was on HBO. Since this is comedy central I doubt the Chapelle show is much more than 20 minutes of actual content.
