Now in the case of the Spider-Man jumping scenes the problem I had with it was that the character had the typical CGI sheen that comes from not implementing proper lighting and shading techniques
The costume that Spider-man was wearing had a special texture on its surface (most notably on the black webbing) that reflected light in a strange way. You've never actually seen it before, but based on your logic, you can't say that it looked fake.
