So I want some quality loud bass. In the near future I would like to hook up a synth and maybe tables, what do you guys think would be best setup ie. mixer or pre amp and keeping upgrading possibilities in mind?

For stereo only? An amp alone won't work...you need a receiver or integrated amp.

They're CVs, and they're 95dB sensitive. You don't need a heavy duty amp to drive them unless you are looking for ear blistering levels of sound. Ignore the power rating, as that is a MAX rating, not required power level.
