Has anyone heard the Cerwin Vega V-10F?

I was thinking about getting a pair of them with a matching center channel, but I don't wanna dive into it without any guidance?

The guy is offering $150 for the two towers (V-10F's) and an additional center channel for the $35... They're all in perfect shape.

Does that sound like a good deal?

I went and checked them out today and they sounded pretty good to me, but I don't really know what to compare them to cause I'm new to the whole home audio thing...

Cerwin Vega isn't a very highly regarded brand in general, but some people love them. They can usually play loud with little power and typically have the thudding bass frat houses love.

I can't tell if those have a metal or paper tweeter, but that is a simple way to get a general idea if the speaker is extremely cheap. Metal is much better than paper.
