Has anyone seen a DIY project for a centerchannel based on ScanSpeak-drivers?
I´m considering one shielded 18S/8535 and a suitable tweeter OR a MTM-configuration with suitable drivers.
Here´s the problem: the speaker MUST be lying down on the "side". I know that it is not preferable but this is a must...
Have any of you seen projects like this?
I´m going to match this with a pair of ProAc-clones, hence the proposed SS-drivers.
    Thanks for any help!

    Hmm There are some problems..
    1) Does ScanSpeak manufacture any shielded tweeters at all?? If not, what product is most similar?
    2) However sweeeet the MTM with dual 7" seems it´s probably a bit out of my budget.
Are there really no DIY projects based on one 7" and one tweeter?
It seems from previous posts that many people are building the ProAc-clones, but maybe I´m the only one who´s also intrerested in HT [IMG]
