center speaker position

    is it ok to keep the center speaker ( i have b&w lcr60) in the tv cabinet below the tv or is it a bad idea since the speaker would be covered on both sides (don't know if that is a problem!) ....

    I used to do that and it was fine. I think it is important to keep it at ear level when you are sitting.

    From what I have seen a lot of people put there center on top of their tv. If your tv is to high you might want to give it a downward angle. There is somekind of bracket you can put it on to be on top of your tv. If you are interested you can do a search I have seen it not sure where.
