Building a new HT from scratch. Any suggestions for above average center channel and sub?

If you're building from scratch best case scenario is to use the same speaker for L, R, and center channel. When it comes to shopping for subs it's kinda like shopping for new cars. It's easier to give you a suggestion if you lay out a price range.

What's the budget, room size, and ratio of use for HT/music? What other equipment do you already have?

I'm using ESS AMT 1D's for the front, Definitive Technologies BP2X for the centers and Boston Acoustics
AS400's for the rears. For power I'll be using the Anthem AVM30 with Monster amps to drive everything. I know the
ESS and the Bostons are old but I'd like to avoid new speaker purchases at this time if I can. The theater will
    be 15 X 25. I hope that isn't too much info.
