Center Cahnnel wiring? (1 Viewer)

please help me with wiring my center correctly.

i have a polk cs400 and there are 4 speaker posts (2 red 2 black)
what is the proper way to wire them to reciever?

right now i am just using the top pair.
there is a gold bar connecting the two black. Why?

Bi-amp...One pair is the high frequency driver and the other is the mid-bass drivers, allowing you to hook a dedicated amp to each. You should have a bar connecting BOTH pairs of terminals, or you are missing out on the one set of drivers... You can use a short run of speaker wire to connect them.
