Speaking of cell phones... I have a cheapo Motarola V180 flipphone free with my GSM Cingular service.

I've noticed sometimes (appears random) when I'm talking on it, I hear an echo... Literally I hear what I'm saying about a second later. It doesn't appear to be transmitted to the receiver but I get it echoed back for some reason. It doesn't happen all the time either.... Any idea if this is a phone issue or a service issue?

I get this also, my brother explained the electronic reason for it once, it is in the repeater system that your cell phone transmits to and receives from, it has to do with bad termination of the network wiring, it is not in your phone
