I'm curious to know what everyone's opinion is on ceiling color. I'm getting a LCD front projector, and I'm planning on painting my room Burgandy above the chair rail, and green below. Should I also paint the ceiling Burgandy? Or, can I get away with it being left white (it's current color).

    Thank You.

A blue/gray color would go nicely with those colors.
I used kettle black for my ceiling but now I am second guessing I should've used blue/gray myself.

Yes. I think I like that suggestion. I'm concerned that the white may stand out too much. And, I think the burgandy would just also be way too much. But the greyish/blue sounds like it would look good.

I wouldn't leave it white. I've seen a few very nice rooms ruined by a white cieling. You can get some awful glare off any colour if the surface is reflective at all, but even a flat white will light up and get distracting. I would really try to go with one of your other room colours.
