CDNow & the Canadian version of "Big Fat Liar"... (1 Viewer)

I just got my order today from CDNow. They sent me the Canadian version of the movie "Big Fat Liar". Normally, I wouldn't care. But, the packaging on this box is ridiculous. Half of it is in French and the other English. I am curious if anyone else had this happen to them?

Is the Canadian version open-matte also?

According to the back of the box 1.33:1 full frame. But, it does have a DTS track. :rolleyes

CDNow gets Canadian versions all the time

Because they're cheaper probably

I keep getting Canadian version as well from them. Especially on Universal titles. Then if you turn the cover inside-out it is even more French. Strange.
