CD or DVD player/Amp Combo. Does one exist? (1 Viewer)

I have just installed some exterior speakers that I want to use for background music in the backyard. Unfortunately, I ran the wirers without checking to see if my HT Receiver had an extra pair of stereo speaker jacks. Lo and behold, it doesn't (I know...piss-poor planning). SO i'd like to purchase some inexpensive equipment to add to the rack, just for outdoor music. Basically, all I need is a cd/Amp combo, if one exists. Of course, a DVD/amp would work just as well, and I could play DVD/video soundtracks as well.
Does anybody have any ideas? Are there switchers that would serve my purpose without degrading my speaker signal?

Walk into your nearest electronics store..or even Sears. I know Panasonic and Sony make all in one DVD/Amp units for about 400 bucks. Even Wal-Mart has a similar piece..by Phillips I think. Happy Shopping!
