Can anyone recommend a high quality, durable caulk for around our bathtub? It will be used where the acrylic tub meets ceramic wall tile. Is that self adhesive caulk any good? Thanks.
It was GE Waterproof 100 % Silicone for kitchens and bathrooms. It was fairly easy to work with. Just use painter's tape above and below the seam, put down your bead (be careful not to use too much), then use your finger to press and smooth it. Take the tape off and let dry.Jim Mcc said:Thanks Todd. Was it 100% silicone, or acrylic latex with silicone added? I read the 100% silicone caulks are very hard to work with.
