I have an Epson HC4010 in a room where I have some, but not complete control over ambient light. I am trying to decide between the Carl's ALR material (I'd build my own frame) or the Silver Ticket silver-colored screen (a kit that requires assembly). Does anyone have any experience with these materials? Both have a gain of 1.5 but the Carl's advertises that it is ALR. Either way I go, I am looking to do about a 135" screen.
