Carlito's Way UE problems (1 Viewer)

Not sure if this has been covered in another thread (apologize if it has been). Has anyone had problems with playing the "Carlito's Way Ulimate Edition"? Mine seems to play fine up to the point where Carlito throws Benny down the stairs. From that point on it is unwatchable. Any fixes from the studio? Thanks!
