I have been thinking of doing a DIY sub for my car, and I had a few questions. First fo all, what tuning point would you reccommend for a car subwoofer? What subwoofer what would be the best subwoofer for high SPL's, and good SQ? I am looking at the stryke AV12, AV15. Price is not an object.

It depends on the sub but for a good mix of sq and spl tune to around 33 hz. I would check out elitecaraudio.com and caraudioforum.com for more help.
