Cape Fear (1991) in Canada? (1 Viewer)

I thought this was supposed to be out Sept. 28? Then CNL's website (which is usually on top of these things) showed an Oct. 2 release date, and now it appears to have been bumped yet again, to Oct. 16.
The first delay I chalked up to possible shipping/border delays as fallout from Sept. 11, but the second one seems to have come out of left field. What's up?
