Can't Send Messages (1 Viewer)

I haven't been able to send a message for over a week now. Everytime I hit send, I get a pop up that says that it cannot send because of it's "Spam-like" nature or "inappropriate language. Please change your content or try again later. If problem continues contact administrator."

This is a direct message to one person and there is no inappropriate language. I've tried rewording the message. I've tried clearing out my inbox. Has anyone else had this problem?

Perhaps new users have to wait a certain amount of time before they can message another member?

I ran into that myself a while back. A conversation is a private message.
