Is there a compatibility problem with "Q, The Winged Serpent", on Toshibas?
When I put it in my Toshiba SD-9000, all I get is the last frame from the previous disc that had been in the player, and none of the buttons do anything except stop or eject.
However, the disc works fine in my fiance's Panasonic.
Is there a firmware upgrade for the SD-9000 that might fix this problem?
