Can't get HDTV because of snow storm? (1 Viewer)

Not what you might think from the subject:

My HDTV ordered online was supposed to be here Thursday.

Alas, I just get an email from the trucking company, telling me the truck is in route with it, but a midwest snowstorm will most likely delay the delivery til early next week. Right now apparaently I-80 west bound has been closed somewhere along the route.

UUUHHGGG AARRHHHGGG

This friday will be three weeks from placing the order, the wait is killing me.

Patience is a virtue right? Good things come to those who wait right?

Sorry to rant, and whine... Wait, no I'm not, I want empathy!!! lol

I feel your pain. I am waiting for my new tv to be delivered next tuesday, and I am worrying that it is going to be delayed because of snow somewhere.

I figure in the end what is another 4-5 days, although I was sure looking forward to some football this weekend in HDTV widescreen format.

Just an additional FYI, Watkins trucking now states, they believe I will get it on Saturday, so there is hope afterall for an HDTV football Sunday for me.

I'm not excited or anything ya know.. Yeah right....
I can hardly even sit still!!!!! lol
