Cannot lipsync (1 Viewer)

Hi
I have a Denon 4500. AVR which is connected to a Sky Q box and works fine. I recently connected an Amazon fire stick to the avr but cannot sync the video/audio. The sound always lags the video. I have tried adjusting the lipsync on the avr but still cannot sync. Any ideas?

May need to adjust it in your display menu, rather than AVR.
