I was wondering about the offers tucked inside that I've been hearing so much about: 1) the send-away offer for the bonus disk, and 2) the free-DVD offer. Are both available in Canada? And if so, what are the costs associated with each of these offers? Thanks!

Yes, both are available in Canada. As a matter of fact, they are asking for Canadian dollars, and have given us a Canadian address.

Free DVD offer: A choice from 20 different title, original receipt, and CAN$2.99 for shipping.

JP Bonus disc offer: A copy of the receipt, plus CAN$8.99 for S-H, includes a new case to store all four movies.

Sounds like a good deal, I'll probably get both.
