Canadian dealer recommendations for Anthem and Rotel... (1 Viewer)

A question to the fellow Canadians on this board:
Can someone recommend a dealer in Canada that has given a vary reasonable prices for the Anthem AVM20 and MCA50, as opposed to multiplying a good US street price by 1.7 (above the ongoing exchange on top of that). This is one of the rare cases where Canadians should be getting way better prices than that. I am also considering the Rotel RMB 1095 as an alternatine. I live in Ottawa but I could purchace by mail too.

For Anthem I suggest you try Stereo Plus in Kanata. I remember that store when it opened and carried Nuance (*shudder*) speakers... I dropped in last fall because I heard through a friend that they were a very different store now. I was quite impressed with their product line and listening rooms.

I was dealing with the manager (owner?), but I can't remember his name. I had never shopped there before but he was offering me 30% off on Anthem products.
