It was a war film, end of 80's or early 90's. Only scene I can remember is a group of soldiers were raping a couple of old local women in the field, and the scene was quite disturbing, my friend wanted to walk out and we did so.

Thanks guys, it wasn't Full Metal Jacket, and it wasn't Casualties of War. The women were on their bicycles I guess and they were really old... That's all I can remember about the film.

Salvador is where Nick Nolte is a journalist right? No, it wasn't that one either. I don't think it was a big movie... The rape scene was in a town which was invaded by a group of soldiers, I'm not even sure if it was WW1 or WW2. A couple of women in their 60-70s were on their bicycles and a bunch of soldiers raped them in turn by the road. It was quiet a shocking scene.

Edit- I confused Salvador with Under Fire, but still it isn't Salvador...
