I recent bought a Kenwood HTB-205 and I love it except the speakers look like crap. Can i buy magnetic sheilds or just anything that will cover them up with out screwing up the sound.

They do kinda look like some sort of indoor/outdoor speakers. (Click me for image) But, I don't think they look all that bad. What kind of look are you looking for?
You could try to build some enclosures around them, (probably out of MDF) and finish them however you want... and make a grille cloth front. It may change the sound a little bit, however.
Another option would be to paint the existing enclosures... I can't tell if those drivers are removable or not, but, you could mask over them and spray the enclosures a different color. Or you could use that faux finish paint and make them look like marble or stone.
Either way, it would be a lot of screwing around just for asthetics. Maybe check with Kenwood and see if they are available in different colors. Good luck.
