can Velocity Scan be turned off on Samsung?? (1 Viewer)

Can Velocity Scan be turned off on the 32 inch flat screens (TSL3293HF) the way it can be on the Sony Wegas?

ALso I have heard, and poste don a couple other posts that this set may be discontinued, according to BB

go to into the service menu (from OFF position, press: mute-1-8-2-power) go to VML (or VLM, can't remember exactly) and turn it down to around 10.

Samsung's parameter is from 0 to 128. 0 setting WILL make the pictury blurry.
