Hi all,
I was just given a set of Hometech HT502R in wall speakers yesterday (because I am a GREAT dad )and I would like to know if they will be able to handle my Denon 1801.
Speaker Specs:
Infinite-baffle in-ceiling speakers mount flush to ceiling
Aluminum grilles may be painted to match any décor
1/2" cloth-dome tweeter
5-1/4" polypropylene-cone woofer with rubber surround
Power-handling capacity: 60 watts
Frequency response: 60Hz - 20kHz
Impedance: 8 ohms nominal
Sensitivity: 88dB
I know the Denon's power rating is higher (70 watts) than the speakers, but I will never be turning it up to 11. I just want a clean, entertaining sound for watching scary movies.
Thanks
