Can the Denon 3802 power a Tempest sub? (1 Viewer)

On the denon 3802 the surrond backs use an amp each. Can i use one speaker amp for the back surround and use the other amp to power a DYI Tempest sub? Not going to do it just wondering. I am going with 2 Tempest in an IB with a 250w amp.

Adire stated in their manual that a 100wpc receiver can power a tempest. The tempest can get fairly loud with only 100 watts.
