That's including Tax by the way... I had hit up 2 targets today to get it for $4 and I happen to be in CC, and I asked for them to match the price, and it rang up as $2.70, do they give a discount or something for prices that are cheaper?

It's probably due to CC's 110% price match difference guarentee. So if Casino was $18.99 at CC, then the 110% difference would be $16.50 for Target's price of $4, for a price of $2.50 + tax.

CC matches the price then subtracts an additional 10% of the price difference. So if their price was $20, and they had to match a $4 price, the price would have been $2.70 ($4 less $1.30 - 10%x$13).
