Can PE 250W Sub Amp Handle 2ohm load? (1 Viewer)

I'm considering replacing the driver in my Shiva EBS DIY sub w/ a Stryke AV12.

My concern is this, can the PE 250W Plate Amp I'm using handle the 2ohm load presented by the dual 4ohm voice coils of the AV12 wired in parallel? If not, does this mean I'm going to have to wire the VCs in series and cut my power to 180w from 270w?

The AV's are dual 2 ohms--- You can get the 4 ohm load you want by just series wiring the VC's.

You're right. I don't know where I came up w/ Dual 4ohm. Thanks for the correction
