Can I tap into my active subwoofer to use a bigger one? (1 Viewer)

I have an LG SL5Y 2.1 channel sound bar and it came with a 220w 6" active subwoofer. Would I be able to tap into the positive and negative wires going to the speaker itself and run them to a car sub? Maybe a 8" or a 10". I thought about removing the internals of the subwoofer and putting them maybe on the side of a kicker.

What is your objective? Any of these things can be done, but what will be the result? For example, a room might have 1000x the volume of a car, so don't expect the same performance in both situations.

There is also the chance the Kicker not only is a different impedance driver but also may not be crossed over correctly. And as John mentioned there is a huge difference in volume of the car vs your room where it will sit. I do not know how much power the Kicker is rated so you may be underpowering the Kicker as well. Your car enclosure will also not act and produce the same bass in a larger space like it did in the car.
