Can I Play 'All Region' DVDs? (1 Viewer)

I want to get the Little Rascals DVD set, which are 'All Region' DVDs. I have a Panasonic RP-56. Will these DVDs play without my having to modify the hardware? Also, is 'All Region' the same as 'Region 0'? Thanks.

All Region = Region 0

Same thing.

Only thing you have to worry about is PAL/NTSC.

Make sure the all region disc is compatible with you color system.
