Can I convert .mov audio files to .wav? (1 Viewer)

I recorded some radio commercials off of adcritic.com and they are in Quick-time format (.mov). I would like to transfer these to a CD, but I think I need them to be in .wav format. Is there a way to do this without buying the Quick-time Pro program?
