can Componet and S-cables (1 Viewer)

be combined and if so How ? the componets will be used to connect the tvs but how will it be safe to hook up the S-cables Don,

You need to explain a little better what you are trying to do.

While the same identical cable could be used for all 3 types of connections, the TV will expect only SVideo on it's SVideo jack, only composite on it's composite jack, and only component on it's component jack.

So you cannot shove all 3 signal types down the same cable and expect the TV to "sort them out".
