Actress Calista Flockhart is apparently planning to team up with boyfriend Harrison Ford in the next Indiana Jones movie. Filming on Indiana Jones 4 is due to begin in May 2004, with the film looking more adult than its 1980s predecessors. A source says, "Harrison Ford had only one demand when he was approached about doing a fourth Indiana Jones movie - that Calista be written into the new movie. Luckily, Steven Spielberg and George Lucas loved the idea. They think Calista will be a perfect romantic interest for Indiana." And having the ex-Ally McBeal star on board solved one problem for the filmmakers. The source says, "The Indy team had no idea what to do with Indy for the fourth movie. Bringing Calista on board gave them inspiration and they dreamed up the whole story in just a few hours. Getting Calista into the movie was the kick-in-the-pants the guys needed."

Sometimes IMDB is not reliable; let's hope that's the case here.

Kate Capshaw is going to be a cameo, not be Indy's main love interest. Of course, this whole Calista thing could be just in place for some of the bickering between Jones Sr. and "Jr.". Can you guys see it?
Jones Sr.: "She's too young for you Jr."
Jones Jr.: "Well, DAD, what about you and Dr. Schneider?"
Jones Sr.: "Jr., that's different."
Jones Jr.: "How is it different Dad?"
etc, etc

Then Jones Sr. goes and gets Willie Scott (Capshaw) and tries to get her to seduce Indy. This whole Calista thing could just be a humorous subplot, in place only to make fun of Harrison Ford's age; Spielberg did say they'd be tipping their hats quite often to Indy's age.

According to IMDB(which we know is always accurate ), she hasn't been in a film since '94, but is playing herself in a 2003 film called "The Actors."

When did this happen? They've had a story for quite a while now, and several script drafts.
The IMDB's news section has been wrong many times, but lately, they've been running some stories that are just downright bonkers. I read one a few weeks ago that said that Ben Affleck and Nicole Kidman had started dating.
I guess we'll see what happens.
