Calibrating on what color mode? (1 Viewer)

I just bought a Panasonic (after a painful process of return a Toshiba to sears) and I'm trying to calibrate my set. Do I calibrate on Vibrant, Cinema, Normal? Cold, warm?

Calibrate to any video setting with color temperature set to normal. Calibration will change the video setting and be saved with new color, picture, brightness, tint etc.

Make sure though thate each of these modes does not have a forced color temparature setting, otherwsie calibrate and use the one that is D65 and not skewed some crazy way.
