Calibrated RPTV for HD-DVD, now SD-DVD picture is very dark. (1 Viewer)

I recently recalibrated my Toshiba TW40x81 RPTV with Video Essentials played via a Toshiba HD-A1 through component cables. Let me tell you, HD-DVDs looked great before and now they look even better. I have a problem though. SD-DVDs, when played through either the HD-A1 or my SD Toshiba DVD player, are very dark...too dark. Has anyone else ran into this?

The SD material needs a different set of calibrated settings.

On this TV ... in the design menu, you can actually account for the brightness difference between the SD and the HD material.
