Cables and Jacks everywhere, where to start? (1 Viewer)

I'm about to place my order for the systems listed below. I have a small 12x12 HT room. What issues or technologies or features should I be looking for in cables? What cable recommendations do you have?

I think the Samsung DVD-931 comes with a DVI cable for connecting to the projector. If so, then I'm ok there. I imagine that the H/K Tuner has five speaker jacks and one sub woofer jack and each speaker has a like jack. So that leaves what kind of cables to use for the speakers.

Now connecting the DVD to the projector is a different story. All these jacks have me a little intimidated. What jack and cable should I use for connecting these devices?

* Harmon Kardon 325 Tuner
* Rocket ELT-1 Speakers
* Panisonic 500 Projector
* Sanyo Z2 Projector (I can't decide which projector)
* Samsung DVD-931
