I am thinking about wiring an electrical outlet on one side and 5e network cable and cable coax on the other in a metal double electrical wall box. Will there be any problem with interference from the elec wire and the other cables being so close together?

Thanks

I don't think you'll have any interference problems.

That will not pass electrical code unless you get a specific wall-box made to handle a low voltage connection on one side and a high voltage connection on the other. (I'm pretty sure somebody makes these boxes) Plus you won't find wall plates, low voltage wall boxes have the screw holes in different places than high voltage.
