Can anyone confirm whether the recently released UK R2 Cabin Fever contains the 5 commentary tracks from the US version. All the reviews say it does, but the back of the case makes no mention of them.

Yes it does, 5 commentaries and the director speaking on each one with various crew and cast members, must have been a hell of a lot to talk about on this epic.
Plus a 40min documentary exclusive to region 2, there's also a very silly easter egg to be found on this dvd, 'naked news' I think its called, yep a fully nekkid chick reviews Cabin Fever while you sit there open mouthed and wondering why the UK doesn't do the same, a great way to liven up news bulletins!

Does the region 1 disc contains any features that the R2 doesn't?

I'm sticking with Region 2 because of the exclusive doco.
